When will my order ship?
Most orders ship out same business day. During Halloween season orders usually ship within 1-2 business days.
How long does my order take to be delivered?
UPS Ground expected delivery in 3-7 business days, UPS 3-Day Select expected delivery in 3-4 business days.
UPS 2nd Day Air expected delivery in 2-3 business days.
How will I know the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification whenever the status of your order is updated. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification of your
tracking number.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses you must provide us a physical US address.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states.
We do not ship Internationally, or APO/FPO addresses.
How can I return a Mis-Shipment?
If an item has been sent to you as the result of an error on our part such as an incorrect item or duplicate order, please email us immediately for an RA# and we will issue a full refund or replacement. the Restocking Fee will be waived.
Can I cancel or make changes to an order?
Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, therefore our system processes your order in real-time. Unfortunately once an order has been placed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled due to our automated systems.
How do I know if an item is out of stock?
Our inventory is continuously updated on our website. Please note that due to the seasonal nature of our business some items may not be in stock. In the event that your order must be cancelled we will notify you by email.
